A shimmering yet simple black taffeta cocktail dress that would flatter a fantastic hour glass figure. Thin shoulder straps hold up a v neck boned bodice adorned with wonderful sequins in a chevron design at the front, and simple V design at the back. The bodice is fully lined and is boned at the back and sides. The skirt is gathered at the tailored waist in four sets of four pleats at the hips, both back and front, giving the dress a wonderful full shape. Rear metal zip. There are some slight marks, typical of a black vintage of this age, but none are immediately noticeable, due to the shimmer and the folds in the skirt. The straps have been taken up, done well but would be easy to undo if needed. A sweet and elegant LBD.
