60s Lambswool/ Angora Cardigan with Beaded Trim

Beautifully soft and of superb quality, this cardigan is a marvellous mix of 70% lambswool/20% angora rabbithair/10% nylon. Five lines of bright shiny black acrylic ball beading sit along the neck, down the front enclosure and along the hem. Six matching bead buttons provide a seamless fit when the cardigan is buttoned up. The wool is lightweight and the beading adds some weight providing a wonderful contrast as well as enabling it to hang perfectly. Fully lined (except sleeves) with some very silky fabric. The label reads
“Alan Lee Mayfair Made in Hong Kong”. In excellent condition, a versatile cardigan that would look great equally over an evening gown or with jeans.
