SOLD 70s Dollyrockers Cerise Floral Maxi SOLD

An absolutely super summer maxi dress from the renowned Dollyrockers. The shade is a wonderfully subtle cerise colour adorned with varying white floral motifs. The upper bodice is acetate lined and the skirt is sheer – the fabric has a look and feel of a very fine crepe or a thick muslin – but is possibly a polycotton mix. Floaty short sleeves, cross over V neck and empire line border. The full skirt gathers at the empire line and hangs beautifully to the tiered hem. Rear nylon zip and care instructions. A simply gorgeous dress that would look great with flat strappy sandals. In superb condition.

Famous for their peasant dresses in the 60s and 70s, Dollyrockers was one of the labels of the British Boutique Movement and this fabulous maxi, like most of the Dollyrockers clothes, is designed by “Sambo” (Samuel Sherman).
