DELIVERY
We will post your order to you no later than the 3rd working day from the day you place it.
e.g if you order on a Monday, the latest we will post will be Thursday.
The vast majority of orders are posted next working day, but we say up to 3 working days to cover any unusual circumstances.
If, in rare circumstances, we are unable to post your item within the timescale specified above, postage costs paid will be refunded to you. This is not applicable during times of postal worker industrial action.
Returns
We accept returns, and will issue a refund with no quibbles.
Please email us to let us know you are returning the item.
You may return your order back to us up to 7 working days from receipt of your goods.
Please note the following points:
1. Proof of postage must be obtained when the item is sent back. We are unable to refund on a purchase which has been lost on return to us.
2. Postage costs are non - refundable.
However, although we never knowingly misrepresent any item, if it has been described inaccurately by us in error, all postage costs will be reimbursed.
3. The item must be returned to us in the same condition it was sent to you.
Your card will be refunded within 7 days from when we receive the returned goods & you will receive a confirmation of refund email from Worldpay.
We are as accurate as we can be when describing clothing and never knowingly misrepresent any item, however if an item is described inaccurately by us in error a full refund including all postage costs incurred by the customer will be issued
Exchanges
If you'd like to exchange for an item on the site, instead of a refund, please email & let us know & we will mark it 'on hold' until we receive your item back, then post your chosen item to you.
If there is a difference in price, we will either :
a) refund the difference if the item you want is cheaper
b) increase the chosen item's price by the difference, if it is more expensive, so you can purchase it online.
e.g You return a £30 dress, the one you'd like instead is £40. We change the price of the £40 dress to £10 & you buy online as normal. |
