You'll receive an email to let you know your order has been despatched.
All orders will be despatched no later than 2 working days from when they were ordered.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns - the following policy applies :
You must return the goods within 7 working days of receiving them
The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition they were sent to you
Please obtain a proof of posting slip when you post your return, as we can not refund on items that are lost in the post on the way back to us. Should your parcel get lost on return to us, it is your responsibility to claim for your lost item, for which you will need proof of postage. (Please note that this is very rare)
We will refund your transaction in full within 7 working days of receiving the goods back & you will receive an email from Sage Pay to confirm the refund
Exchanges
If you'd rather exchange your goods for something else on the website, please email ann@marthascloset.co.uk with the description of both items & we will despatch the other item as soon as we receive your return. If there is a price discrepancy we will either reduce the 2nd item's price so you can pay the difference, or refund you the difference if the original item is more expensive.
In the extremely rare event that your order is lost on it's way to you, we will refund you in full after 15 days from when it was sent & we will deal with Royal Mail this end. Royal Mail may contact you as part of the claim process
